The Master´s Degree in High Performance Computing is a structured course.
The subjects in the curriculum are given by expert professors in the field and have a previous assessment and approval from the HCD based on the content analysis and the professor in charge. The subjects provide credits for the Doctorate in Computer Sciences of this School.
The course includes 8 compulsory theoretical and practical subjects and a Master’s Thesis . Extra activities such as elective subjects, workshops, tutorials and seminars can be added to the subjects in order to fulfill the students’ training and information. Moreover, it is required the attendance to a course on Research Methodology and a workshop on Thesis Writing as prerequisites to submit the Master’s Thesis.

It should reflect a detailed and updated study of the state of the art in the particular area of the Thesis and a research or applied development which should constitute a creative contribution at national level. It can be complemented with presentations given in Congresses or publications of his/her authorship or co-authorship on the same topic.
